About Vintage Years
The Club has been running since 2013 and has gone from strength to strength with increasing numbers.
The aim of Vintage Years is to provide a welcoming environment where people aged 60 and over living in Steyning, Bramber or Upper Beeding can meet and make friends. The ‘entertainment’ at meetings is wide-ranging and designed to cater for all tastes – with the emphasis always on enjoyment. Refreshments (hot and cold) and biscuits are provided at every meeting. For special events we have cream teas, cakes and sherry/wine. Regular outings are also arranged.
The club does not have charitable status, it is a not-for-profit organisation and none of the committee (other than the Operations Manager) are paid. We have a constitution, a committee made up entirely of members, and of course, provide audited accounts annually. Our AGM is held yearly at the March Meeting and the club is fully insured.
Vintage Years is a totally independent club. We are funded and supported through our subscriptions, with grants from Steyning Parish Council and Wilson Memorial Trust. We thank them for their continued support.

Have really enjoyed all the meetings I have attended. You made me feel so welcome and you are all so caring. Carry on the great work.

I have belonged to Vintage Years for about 3 years. It is nice to see people of your own generation on a regular basis and of course to make new friends. We have films, talks, cream teas and the Outings which I thoroughly enjoy. We always like meeting new members and making them welcome.
